Place mulberries and 2 tablespoons water in a small pan over medium heat.

Cook for 5–6 minutes, crushing some fruit as the juices release.

Remove from heat and stir in chia, lemon and cinnamon. Taste before adding optional honey.

Cool, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to thicken, and stir before serving.
