What exactly is "a plot"?
A dedicated bed on our farm that is planted and tended for you. Its weekly harvest is cut and delivered to your door — no gardening required on your part.
Do I have to do the farming myself?
No. Our farm team does all the growing, weeding and harvesting. You just receive the box and photos each week.
What grows on my plot?
Seasonal greens, herbs and roots that suit the current weather. The mix changes through the year so your box always reflects what's actually thriving.
Can I switch between Half and Full plot?
Yes, at any time from your account. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
The Market
Do I need a plot to shop the market?
Not at all. Market-only is free to join and you pay per order. A plot simply adds a weekly harvest and a 10% member discount.
How does the 10% member discount work?
If you have an active plot, 10% is automatically taken off every market order at checkout.
Is everything organic?
Produce from our own farm is grown organically. Market partner items carry their own certification, shown on each product.
Delivery & billing
Where do you deliver?
Across Delhi NCR — Gurugram, South & Central Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Check your pincode on the delivery areas page.
When will my harvest and market order arrive?
Harvest boxes go out on your chosen weekly day; market orders are same-day when placed before the slot cut-off. Both ride the same van.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free over ₹599. Below that a flat ₹39 applies. Weekly harvest delivery is always included with your plot.
How am I billed for my plot?
Monthly, on the date you started, to your saved payment method. You can pause or cancel any time before the next cycle.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes — from your account, with no lock-in. Pausing skips harvests and billing until you resume.
Everything else
What if something in my box isn't right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll credit or replace it, no questions asked.
How do you handle my data?
We only store what's needed to run your account and deliveries, and never sell it. See our privacy policy for detail.
