Fresh-food order and subscription requests are reviewed against the order record, delivery status and current policy. Sending a request does not automatically approve a credit, replacement or refund.
Market orders
If a market item arrives damaged, spoiled or missing, report it within 24 hours of delivery. Support will review the order details and any relevant evidence, then confirm whether a credit, replacement or refund is available under the current policy. Do not return a fresh-food item unless support asks you to.
Plot subscriptions
Refund eligibility depends on your billing period, what has already been delivered and the policy confirmed by support. The website does not currently approve subscription refunds automatically.
Pausing & cancellations
You can request a pause or cancellation from your account or the apps before your next billing date. The request is queued for support review and takes effect only after support confirms what is available and when it will apply.
How to request a review
Message us from the contact page with your order number and a photo if relevant. The team will assess the request and confirm the outcome; submission alone is not an approval or completed refund.
Refund timing
An approved refund is complete only after the payment provider confirms it. Bank settlement timing is outside Growmine's control.
