These terms govern your use of Growmine Organics — the website, plot subscriptions and market. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Acceptance of terms
By using the site or services you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
A permanent account is required for plot subscriptions, but marketplace orders may be placed as a guest. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure. In either checkout mode, provide accurate contact and delivery details.
Plot subscriptions
A plot is a recurring monthly subscription. You can request a pause or cancellation from your account or the apps. A request is reviewed by support and takes effect only once support confirms what is available and its effective date; until then, a scheduled renewal may continue. Harvest contents vary by season and weather.
The market
Market items are sold per order and do not require a plot subscription. You may sign in or checkout as a guest. Items remain subject to availability; the final price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. At checkout, choose online payment through Razorpay or Cash on Delivery when available. Online payment is collected at checkout; Cash on Delivery is collected when the order is delivered. Members receive 10% off market orders while their plot is active.
Delivery
We deliver only to active areas currently listed on the delivery page and reconfirm serviceability during checkout. Available dates and times are estimates until the order is confirmed; we'll notify you if the order is delayed.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We aim for fresh, accurate orders but our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram having jurisdiction.
