These terms govern your use of Growmine Organics — the website, plot subscriptions and market. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Acceptance of terms
By using the site or services you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate details so we can deliver reliably.
Plot subscriptions
A plot is a recurring monthly subscription. It renews automatically until you pause or cancel. Harvest contents vary by season and weather.
The market
Market items are sold per order, subject to availability. Prices and stock can change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is taken at checkout via our processor. Members receive 10% off market orders while their plot is active.
Delivery
We deliver across the Delhi NCR areas listed on the delivery page. Times are estimates; we'll notify you of any delay.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We aim for fresh, accurate orders but our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram having jurisdiction.
