Delete your Growmine account

What happens after you request deletion

1. We verify the signed-in account and review active subscriptions, orders, deliveries, refunds, and support cases.
2. We aim to complete the review within 30 days, subject to open transactions and legal retention requirements.
3. We remove or de-identify data that is no longer needed. The latest review status remains available here until account access ends, and we send the outcome first when a verified contact channel is available. Legally required commerce records may be retained.

A request does not cancel open orders or subscriptions by itself. If something is still in progress, our team will contact you before completing the closure.

If you signed in with Google

Deleting your Growmine account never deletes your Google Account. Your request covers the Google-linked sign-in record held for Growmine. You can also remove Growmine's sign-in permission from your Google Account connections.
