Mix ground oats, carrot, curd, besan, coriander, ajwain, salt and chilli.

Add water gradually to make a thick but spreadable batter; rest for 8 minutes.

Spoon onto a hot lightly oiled tawa and spread to a small round without pressing too thin.

Cook over medium heat until set and golden underneath, then flip and finish the other side.
